Cancellation OR Modification of a Hotel Reservation

For each reservation, the below-specified conditions will apply to cancel and/or modify the reservation.

• The cancellation or modification of the reservation can be done directly with the hotel, whose contact information, including telephone number, is specified on the reservation confirmation e-mail.
• In the event of an interruption of a reservation by the Customer, the entire agreed-upon price will be charged. No refund will be granted in the event of a reservation with pre-payment prior to the stay.
• The Customer must leave the room of the hotel before the time indicated, generally 12 noon on the last day of the reservation. Otherwise, the Customer will be charged for an additional night.
• 1-month prior cancellation intimation may not charge any retention charges on the reservation amount.
• 15 days prior cancellation intimation may charge 50 % as a retention charges on the reservation amount.
• 10 day’s prior cancellation intimation may charge 30 % as a retention charges on the reservation amount.
• 8 day’s prior cancellation intimation may charge 100 % as a retention charges on the reservation amount.
